We making a few changes and we're happy about them.
1. We've designed a new newsletter that I hope is easier to read and more information. We used to use ListBuilder by Microsoft but that will be discontinued in June, so I was forced to look for something else. I selected Constant Contact and am very pleased with it. It only took a few hours to figure out and build the first one. I'm anxious to see what other styles are available to me. Stay tuned.
2. We have a new on-line store. Since there is no way any store can offer all the fabulous products that are available to scrapbookers, we decided to expand on the web.
We also just received some new albums (styles we haven't carried before). I already snagged one for my grandson's next album. We also got the new school paper in for Warwick, Ephrata, and Manehim. We ran out and Dave said he called those who requested notification when they arrived.
Thanks to those who purchased my Mother's Day pages and accordian album.
I've been working on a new Father's Day kit. The letters D, A, D, are cut out of chip board and then we put pattern paper over that. It gives it a nice dimension. The overlay reads "I'm so glad your my Dad". Come in and pick one. The nice things about these kits are they are not mass-produced, and when they are sold out they are gone, because I'm off creating a kit for the next occasion. So even if someone has one, by the time you include your pictures and move the embellishments around, it is a total new look, and all your own.
There is also a Father's Day mini accordian album you can make.
Here is my Father's Day layout from last year. I really like it because it is all the boys, father, granddads, and great-granddads from both sides of the family. I have a Mother's Day picture with all the girls -mother, grandmas, and great-grandmas on both sides of the family, that I will do a layout of in the near future. Non of us are getting younger so I'm glad I have them.
Here is my favorite summertime layout so far. I love the thought that summer is in front of us and anything is possible.
I also like taking pictures at the beginning and end of summer to see how much the boys grow.
It's been a while since I blogged, so I had a lot to say. So if it is ok with you.
I'll sign off. Come by and pick up what you need to get your summer scrapping going.
Happy Scrapin'
Debra
